At 1More Online, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or clearance reasons. Such exclusions, if any, will be mentioned on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@1moreonline.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective issues, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
